Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuzzy clustering-based temporal-spatial quantum graph convolutional neural network for intelligent symbiotic radio communication. The system collects symbiotic radio node measurements of physical channels and higher-layer network stack components to build a dynamic graph containing relevant spatial, connectivity, channel, and interference relationships. Consequently, the temporal changes of consecutive graph states are utilized by a quantum graph convolution module to provide improved temporal-spatial feature representations. The fuzzy clustering module identifies communication-state memberships from the enriched features, representing uncertainty and overlapping aspects of the network states. A communication decision module utilizes the generated memberships and features to choose transmission, resource-allocation, power-control, reflection or interference-management actions. Concrete implementation of these components is done in a feedback module that regularly assesses performance between communications and adjudicates structural elements, including the next graph representations (which change dynamically), feature processing for those representations, clustering, and communication decisions. This invention provides an adaptive framework for fully intelligent symbiotic radio networks under dynamic channel conditions, spatial relationships, temporal variations, and uncertain communication states.
