Abstract: ABSTRACT TELEMETRY-GATED DETERMINISTIC ROUTING OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE INFERENCE QUERIES Provided is a method of routing an artificial-intelligence inference query to a hardware accelerator (118). A routing interface (100) interposed between a query source (130) and a multi-model orchestration pipeline (122) receives the query. A deterministic lexical pruning engine (102) canonicalizes the query using inverse-logarithmic positional decay weighting into a normalized sparse vector. An orthogonal matrix hasher (104) multiplies the vector against a pre-computed projection matrix to generate a discrete hash signature and a geometric margin confidence. A capability registry (106) supplies a historical confidence metric. A kernel-level polling daemon (110) polls real-time telemetry, from which a bounded non-linear hardware penalty value and a bypass score are computed. A gate circuit (116) on a direct-memory-access dispatch bus (114) opens to permit a write onto an accelerator memory (128) when the bypass score satisfies a threshold and key-value cache saturation is below a saturation bound, and otherwise holds closed.
