Abstract: ABSTRACT Technology-Enabled Inclusive Work Environments and Organizational Performance: A Case Study of Women Police in Ward Secretariats, Visakhapatnam The present disclosure relates to a system and method for privacy-preserving workplace safety, exposure-responsive infrastructure control, resilient emergency communication, and verifiable event capture. The system consists of a wearable sensing unit, spatially separated infrastructure nodes, edge gateway, physical safety devices, rolling overwrite buffers, and communication interface. A processor determines an expiring exposure value for a duty assignment based on measured environmental, proximity, temporal, communication, and emergency-power conditions and changes an operating state of a physical safety device when the exposure value meets a threshold. The processor verifies temporary indoor presence by a time-varying challenge-response exchange and verifies a safety event by correlating independently sensed physical parameters. Once verified, the communication path available conveys an emergency indication. Overlapping event-data portions are independently sealed by the wearable sensing unit and an infrastructure node using timestamps, temporary tokens, firmware measurements, and cryptographic signatures. Non-event data is automatically overwritten based on a predefined retention condition.
