Abstract: A tea strainer manufacturing system comprising of a housing 101 positioned over a ground surface and enclosing manufacturing operations, a touch interactive display panel 103 to provide input commands regarding manufacturing of tea strainers, a telescopically operated rod 104 configured with a motorized clamp 105 to retrieve a metal sheet from a chamber 107 and position the metal sheet over a motorized cutter blade 108 for cutting into rectangular sheets, a hydraulically operated pressing die 109 to press rectangular sheet into a circular shaped base, a chamber 110 stored with circular mesh sheet, a robotic arm 111 to temporarily affix the circular mesh sheet with the circular shaped base to form a pre-assembled tea strainer body, and re-actuation of the pressing die 109 to permanently bond to form tea strainer, a robotic gripper 113 to retrieve handle store in container 114 and secure handle with formed tea strainer.
