Abstract: ABSTRACT TASTE ENHANCER FORMULATION AND PREPARATION THEREOF The present disclosure provides a formulation, comprising: (a) a taste enhancer with a sodium content in a weight range of 35% to 40% (w/w); (b) a water-soluble component other than the taste enhancer; and (c) an anti-caking agent selected from 5 silica, silicates, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, clay, or combinations thereof, wherein the anti-caking agent and the water-soluble component are in a weight ratio range of 9:1 to 13:1, and a process of preparation thereof. The present disclosure further provides an edible product comprising the formulation as disclosed herein
