Abstract: The present system discloses a sustainable construction material and manufacturing process termed the Sustainable Tapioca Peel Biochar Concrete Manufacturing Method (STPBCM Method). The invention converts tapioca peel agricultural waste into porous activated biochar through a Controlled Carbonization and Porosity Engineering Technique (CCPET). The produced biochar is further processed using Surface Activation and Functionalization Technique (SAFT) and Micro-Fine Biochar Particle Optimization Technique (MBPOT) before incorporation into concrete through a Multi-Scale Biochar Reinforcement Technique (MBRT). The biochar acts as a supplementary cementitious material, micro-filler, internal curing agent, and carbon sequestration medium. An Internal Moisture Retention and Self-Curing Technique (IMRSCT) enhances hydration and reduces shrinkage, while a Carbon Sequestration Enhancement Technique (CSET) promotes long-term carbon storage. The resulting concrete exhibits improved mechanical strength, durability, thermal insulation, and environmental sustainability, making it suitable for green buildings, smart infrastructure, pavements, and precast construction applications.
