The system utilizes selected film scenes, dialogues, character interactions, and situational narratives that are mapped to employability competencies such as communication, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. Students participate in guided viewing, reflection, discussion, and experiential learning activities, followed by competency-based assessment and performance evaluation. The framework further incorporates learning analytics, progress tracking, and employability readiness scoring to measure competency development. The invention provides a scalable, culturally relevant, and outcome-oriented approach for improving workplace readiness and professional competency among undergraduate engineering students.
