MUMBAI, India, June 19 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441094579 A) filed by K. Ramakrishnan College Of Engineering on December 02, 2024, for Tablet Moisturizer.
Inventors include N. R. Nagarajan; Dr. T. Muruganantham; P. Charu Prabha; and K. Deepashree.
The application for the patent was published on June 05, 2026, under issue no. 23/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT TABLET MOISTURIZER The present invention discloses a capsule grinding and mixing with the proper water with moisture content and this machine is designed to convert the tablet capsule into a semi solid state in a paste form for easy swallowing. This device will break the capsules into a smaller particle like a fine power by grinding the mixer. The mixer will mix the powder of the capsules by mixing it with the water droplets to create a paste. This will effectively reduce the risk of choking associated with large capsules and will be easily to get into digest without causing any problems in organs. Constructed with a double layer of stainless steel and thermoplastic materials, the machine is equipped with dual power source like using an eco-friendly charging source like photovoltaic cells which is used to convert the light energy into electricity and USB port is used for charge saving in the machine. And it is integrated with electro grinding system, powered by a motor-driven rotator, efficiently grinds the capsule contents while minimizing manual effort. We are having lithium-ion battery enables for portable usage machine functionality during emergency purpose. The innovative design emphasizes energy efficiency, user safety and improved health quality to reduce the risk in the ingestion of medicine.
