MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621097082 A) filed by Patil Electric Works on August 11, 2026, for T Sms Booster Pump.
Inventor includes Patil, Mahadev Ramchandra.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A booster pump (100) incorporates a pump casing (102) enclosing and supporting internal components for efficient water transfer. A suction inlet (104) receives water from a low-pressure municipal water supply line and directs the received water into the pump casing (102), where a high-suction pump assembly (106) draws the water for maintaining the desired pressure and flow. An impeller assembly (108), housed within the high-suction pump assembly (106), rotates to impart kinetic energy to the received water, while a motor (110) supplies rotational power through a shaft (112), driving the impeller assembly (108). A discharge outlet (114) conveys pressurized water to an underground storage tank for storage and subsequent distribution. A thermal overload protection unit (116) protects motor (110) from overload conditions, where a suction pipe (118), delivery pipe (120), and surface mounting base (122) respectively facilitate water intake, water delivery, and stable installation of the booster pump (100).
