Abstract: ABSTRACT “SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PERFORMING IN-LOOP FILTER PROCESSING OF A VIDEO ENCODER AND A VIDEO DECODER” Embodiments herein disclose method for performing in-loop filter processing of a video encoder (410) and a video decoder (420). The method includes receiving a plurality of reconstructed pixel blocks using at least one data driven model (408). The method further includes generating at least one latent feature for at least one reconstructed pixel block using a first part of the at least one data driven model (414). The method further includes generating at least one optimized pixel block based on the at least one latent feature using a second part of the at least one data driven model (416). The method includes selecting automatically at least one configuration of the second part of the at least one data driven model (416) based on a correlation between the generated at least one optimized pixel blocks.
