Abstract: ABSTRACT Systems and methods for managing a plurality of docks in an EV Embodiments herein disclose systems and methods for managing a plurality of docks in EVs, enabling efficient operation of multiple battery cassettes. The system 100 includes an Interface Control Unit (ICU) (120) that establishes communication between the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) (135) and the battery management system. A master cassette (110M) is dynamically selected from the available battery cassettes without relying on a fixed assignment. The master cassette (110M) coordinates power distribution, data exchange, and fault detection among the slave cassettes (110S). The Power Distribution Unit (PDU) (130) regulates energy flow from active cassettes to the drivetrain and auxiliary systems. A High Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) ensures operational safety by preventing power transmission in case of improper connections. Embodiments herein support automated battery interchange, continuous monitoring, and optimized energy management, enhancing the efficiency, safety, and scalability of EVs. FIG. 1B
