MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641101178 A) filed by Dpdp Consultancy Private Limited on August 21, 2026, for Systems And Methods For Hierarchy-Aware Placement And Verified Enforcement Of Cloud Security Controls.
Inventor includes Dharmalingam Arun Karthik.
The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HIERARCHY-AWARE PLACEMENT AND VERIFIED ENFORCEMENT OF CLOUD SECURITY CONTROLS A cloud security control system (100) maintains a versioned cloud hierarchy graph (140) and operative inherited-policy state. A placement engine (170) predicts raw affected descendants, applies validated exclusions or neutralisation, computes effective coverage and residual overreach, and selects a valid complete cover, partitioning targets only when no complete cover exists. Adaptive strengthening is constrained so that every applicable mandatory technical precicate remains TRUE before placement and baseline commit. A transaction coordinator (175) binds selected placements and provider operations to versioned control, graph, threat, baseline, adapter and exception state and revalidates the operative pre-state immediately before execution. After control-plane execution through connectors (190), verifier (200) obtains post-write evidence independently of the write acknowledgement. A successor baseline is committed only when every required commit predicate is TRUE and an atomic baseline-version comparison succeeds; otherwise the preceding baseline remains authoritative and recalculation, rollback, compensation or quaranthe is initiated.
