Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EMISSION OPTIMIZATION BASED ON A SUSTAINABILITY EMISSION TWIN The present disclosure addresses unresolved problems of conventional sustainability twin based approaches by providing a method for emission optimization using an aggregated emission function by simulating emission behavior of a plurality of processes in an organization. The aggregated emission function is obtained by computing a sum of emission function for each of the plurality of processes in the organization. The emission function for each of the plurality of processes is modelled by identifying input and output drivers of emission which are a function of an overall output of the organization. Further, the input and output drivers are modified for performing what if analysis of the aggregated emission function. Furthermore, a multi-objective function is optimized using an optimization model that provides a minimal optimal value of the aggregated emission function while satisfying a plurality of process constraints such as a minimized cost, a minimized risk score, and a maximized quality score.
