Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system (100) to route a subject to a practitioner. The system (100) holds a lesson record (202) carrying a divergence condition (202- 2), a severity offset (202-4), and a confirmation count (202-6), matches a case profile against the divergence condition (202-2), selects on a greater confirmation count (202-6) against an opposing further lesson record (204), and shifts a machine-generated severity value by the severity offset (202-4) while a stored parameter set remains unaltered, and reorders a consultation queue (120-2) on the shifted value. Unlike conventional systems, the system (100) improves over use without retraining. The system (100) applies to clinical triage and practitioner routing.
