Abstract: Disclosed is a modular, computer-implemented system for evaluating the workability and psychological resilience of employees aged 50 and above, together with a method for generating targeted retention interventions. An internet-accessible portal within the employee sector delivers a structured digital questionnaire covering seven domains - Physical Workability, Cognitive Workability, Psychological Workability, Adaptability, Recovery, Persistence, and Positive Coping. Responses gathered across these domains are processed by scoring software, which applies a configurable weighted formula to derive both a Workability Score and a Psychological Resilience Score. These two scores are then combined by a computation engine into a single output value, the Workability-Psychological Resilience Continuity Index (WPRCI). Based on this index value, a classification engine places each employee into one of four continuity tiers. In parallel, an intervention engine cross-references the lowest-performing domains against a configurable action library, producing a ranked set of retention measures, each assigned a timeline and a responsible party. The index, domain-level scores, tier, historical trend, and intervention list is relayed to authorized HR personnel and managers via an industrial digital dashboard within the HR and management sector. Additionally, the system automatically schedules reassessments at intervals proportional to the continuity tier, creating a continuous monitoring loop. Aggregated views of this data are accessible to HR directors and workforce planners.
