Abstract: The present invention relates to a voice-assisted accessible electronic voting system configured to enable secure and independent voting for illiterate and visually challenged voters. The system comprises an electronic voting machine integrated with a processing unit, biometric authentication module, multilingual audio assistance module, tactile candidate selection interface, encrypted memory module, communication module, vote confirmation module, and tamper-detection module. The biometric authentication module verifies voter identity prior to initiation of voting, while the audio assistance module provides real-time multilingual voice guidance and candidate information. The tactile candidate selection interface enables non-visual interaction through raised identifiers and tactile feedback mechanisms. The processing unit synchronizes voter interaction, candidate confirmation, encrypted vote generation, and secure data transmission. The invention improves voter accessibility, election security, ballot secrecy, operational transparency, and inclusive democratic participation while reducing dependency on third-party assistance during voting processes.
