Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for thermoformable flexible polypropylene kettle lining that incorporates a liner is preferably manufactured from a food-grade, heat-resistant polymer, more preferably polypropylene homopolymer (PP-H), which is capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures exceeding 120°C while maintaining its structural integrity and food safety. The liner comprises a reinforced base for efficient heat transfer, flexible ribbed sidewalls that enable controlled thermoforming, and a structurally reinforced rim that facilitates safe handling and installation. During the initial heating cycle, the liner softens sufficiently to conform to the internal contours of the kettle and, upon cooling, retains the adapted shape to provide a secure fit within the kettle. Throughout operation, the liner acts as a protective barrier between the food contents and the inner surface of the kettle, thereby preventing the accumulation of food residues, mineral scale, stains, and odors while minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.
