The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT “SYSTEM FOR SELECTIVELY OPERATING HVAC UNIT IN ONE OF NORMAL AND RECIRCULATION MODES IN VEHICLE” 5 Present disclosure discloses a system (100) including a plurality of first sensors (102) and a plurality of second sensors (104, 105) arranged internal and external to a cabin (204) of the vehicle (200). A control unit (106) is communicatively coupled to the plurality of first and second sensors to receive a first signal from first sensors corresponding to air quality index inside and outside the cabin and determines minimum air quality index. The control unit receives a second signal from 10 second sensors corresponding to relative humidity and temperature inside and outside the cabin and calculates absolute humidity based on second signal. The control unit determines minimum absolute humidity inside or outside the cabin by comparing calculated air quality index. The control unit selectively operates the HVAC unit in one of the normal mode and the recirculation mode based on the determined minimum air quality index and the absolute humidity values. 15 Fig. 1 is the representative figure.
