Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an intelligent personal safety monitoring system for concealed emergency response. The system comprises an input interface configured to receive user authentication data, a display unit configured to present a decoy operational interface and selectively transition to an emergency operational interface, a memory module configured to store authentication information, movement validation information, incident information and timestamp information, a motion sensing unit configured to acquire successive movement data and generate an emergency movement indication based on validated movement persistence, a location determination module configured to determine geographical coordinates corresponding to the emergency movement indication, a communication subsystem configured to generate and transmit emergency communication information through one or more communication channels, an incident recording module configured to generate and preserve chronological incident records, and a processing unit configured to coordinate authentication, emergency activation, incident information generation and system operation.
