Abstract: [117] The invention discloses a reliability-weighted system for multi-cancer risk prediction using circulating biomarkers and medical imaging signals. A biomarker interface receives assay measurements and sample-quality metadata, while an imaging interface receives image datasets and acquisition metadata. Modality-specific encoders generate cancer-associated evidence, tissue-of-origin or anatomical-region probabilities, quality values and uncertainty values. A temporal normalisation engine compensates for non-contemporaneous measurements. An anatomical evidence engine maps biomarker and imaging evidence to a shared ontology and performs fusion according to measured reliability and anatomical compatibility. A discordance engine identifies biomarker-positive imaging-negative states, imaging-positive biomarker-negative states, anatomical inconsistency, missing coverage and quality-limited evidence. A calibrated risk generator outputs cancer-site risk values, confidence intervals and evidence provenance. When confidence is insufficient, an acquisition controller generates a targeted imaging, imaging-reacquisition, repeat- sample or additional-biomarker instruction for reducing unresolved uncertainty.
