The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME TRACKING AND AUTHENTICATION OF JEWELLERY PRODUCTS The proposed innovation presents a Smart Jewellery Tracking and Authentication System that enables secure identification, real-time tracking, and authenticity verification of jewellery products throughout the supply chain. The system integrates Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Near Field Communication (NFC), Blockchain Technology, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, and GPS-based logistics tracking to create a secure digital ecosystem for jewellery manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers, and customers. Each jewellery item is assigned a unique digital identity that stores manufacturing details, purity information, ownership history, and certification records in a blockchain-enabled database. The proposed framework continuously monitors product movement from manufacturing to final delivery while preventing counterfeit products, unauthorized modifications, and fraudulent transactions. AI-based fraud detection analyzes suspicious activities and generates instant alerts for abnormal product movement or authentication failures. Customers can verify jewellery authenticity instantly using a mobile application by scanning an RFID tag, NFC chip, or QR code. The proposed innovation improves transparency, enhances customer trust, reduces counterfeit products, and provides secure lifecycle management of jewellery products.
