Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME OCCUPATIONAL BURNOUT PREDICTION BY FUSION OF MULTIMODAL BIOMETRIC AND ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY DATA The present invention discloses a system (100) and method (200) for the automated, real-time prediction of occupational burnout through the continuous fusion of biometric time-series data from wearable sensors with asynchronous digital communication metadata from enterprise collaboration platforms. The system comprises an Adaptive Temporal Alignment Protocol (ATAP) module (130) that deterministically synchronises asynchronous metadata events with high- frequency biometric samples; a Signal Pre-Processing and Filtering Engine (SPFE) (120) that applies domain-specific adaptive Kalman and Daubechies wavelet filters to preserve physiological frequency bands; and an Automated Intervention Controller (AIC) (150) that evaluates a continuously recalculated Cognitive Exhaustion Index (CEI), generated by an LSTM recurrent neural network operating on per-individual baseline-normalised multi-modal features, against predefined risk thresholds. The system reduces the latency between physiological burnout-precursor onset and corrective environmental response to a maximum of 60 minutes, constituting a measurable improvement over prior art systems dependent on periodic human review.
