Abstract: A real-time multisource surveillance and incident orchestration system (100) is disclosed for monitoring a crowd environment. The system (100) includes a multisource video ingestion module (110) configured to receive live video streams from heterogeneous camera sources (10, 12, 14, 16) and a preprocessing module (112) coupled to the multisource video ingestion module (110) for generating preprocessed video frames. A video analytics engine (120) detects persons and crowd-related events and generates person feature data. A multimodal person re-identification module (130) coupled to the video analytics engine (120) generates multimodal identity descriptors using facial, clothing, and body pose information. An NFC-triggered incident reporting subsystem (140) generates an incident packet (146) from an NFC tag (142). An incident-to-camera orchestration engine (150) selects and prioritizes camera feeds (152) and initiates cross-camera tracking (154). A context-aware alert filtering module (160) suppresses false alerts, and an operator interface (180) displays incident and tracking outputs.
