The system is made up of a modular framework with a number of progressive stages (102), each characterised by a progressive loading mechanism (105), a recommended breathing pattern (104), and a target hold duration (103). Progression is guided by a progression pathway module (106) that modulates challenge levels and training order. To ensure secure and customised stage transitions, user performance is assessed against the advancement criteria module (107). Additionally, the system has a sensor technology (109) for real-time performance tracking and a digital implementation module (108) for scheduling, feedback, and remote access. The invention also discloses a corresponding method for implementing these features, promoting efficient, measurable, and sustainable development of isometric strength, posture, and physiological resilience.
