MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611111473 A) filed by Saicharan Goli on September 17, 2026, for System For Predictive Supply Chain Disruption Detection Using Multi-Source Event Correlation And Adaptive Inventory Risk Modeling.
Inventor includes Saicharan Goli.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A predictive supply chain disruption detection system is disclosed for identifying emerging supply interruptions before occurrence of an inventory or service-level failure. The system ingests heterogeneous enterprise, logistics, sensor and external event data and converts the data into canonical event records associated with resolved supply chain entities. A correlation engine generates a confidence-weighted event graph using temporal, geographic, semantic, causal and dependency relationships and consolidates related evidence into a disruption episode. An impact propagation estimator maps the disruption episode through a supply chain dependency graph to identify downstream item-location exposure and predicted impact timing. An adaptive inventory risk engine combines disruption probability and duration with on-hand and in-transit inventory, demand, replenishment lead time, safety stock, alternate sourcing, substitution capability, criticality and recovery horizon to generate a time-varying risk trajectory. A decision engine produces prioritized, explainable alerts and evaluates mitigation actions by counterfactual risk recomputation. Outcome feedback adaptively recalibrates source reliability, correlation, propagation and mitigation-effect parameters. Selective graph-region recomputation and adaptive temporal resolution reduce computational load while preserving higher prediction resolution for near-term high-risk entities.
