The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a hardware-integrated system for secure, low-latency resource allocation in 5G Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) environments using a localized permissioned blockchain with a Proof of Ethical Harvest (PoEH) consensus engine. The system comprises 5G User Equipment (101), a Clustering Processing Engine (102), an Edge Orchestrator Hardware (103), distributed Edge Nodes (104A-104N), a Resource Allocation Unit (106), a Blockchain Validation Server (107), Validator Nodes (108A—108C), a Consensus Control Processor (109), a Distributed Storage Server (110), and an Audit Monitoring Server (111). The Clustering Processing Engine (102) assigns communication requests based on latency, while the Resource Allocation Unit (106) employs LightGBM with Bayesian Optimization to predict bandwidth requirements and allocate resources for URLLC, eMBB, and mMTC services. The PoEH consensus engine performs latency-aware validator selection, weighted voting, Byzantine fault isolation, and ethical validator.scoring. Validated transactions are immutably recorded, ensuring secure resource allocation, decentralized trust, fault tolerance, and reliable operation. Figure 1 illustrates the overall hardware architecture of the proposed PoEH-based secure resource allocation system for 5G Multi-Access Edge .Computing (MEC), enabling secure, decentralized, and low-latency resource allocation through blockchain-based validation.
