Abstract: A system for personalized ear assessment, comprising an enclosure 101, a seating unit 102 to for a user in view of ergonomic positioning and stabilization during treatment session, a display unit 103 to facilitate the user in entering input details, a speaker 104 to generate controlled acoustic outputs for the user to listen, an imaging unit 114 to continuously monitor facial muscle contractions and micro expressions of the user, an articulated arm 105 to detect biological blockage, an articulated pole 107 to project structured light patterns, a dual stage neural diagnostic engine 110 to emit controlled acoustic stimuli, a dual microphone noise dosimeter system 111, an artificial intelligence optimization engine to process biometric, structural, and neurological data, an explainable artificial intelligence module to generate a diagnostic report comprising the type of hearing loss detected, the report is displayed on the display unit 103 for interpretation by the user and clinician.
