The male die (102-1) and the female die (102-2) define a molding region (103) that is compressible between the male die (102-1) and the female die (102-2), and a steam supply assembly (106) coupled to the compression assembly (102) to supply controlled steam to the molding region (103) based on at least one property of a set of raw materials (118) provided to the molding region (103). The compression assembly (102) compresses the set of raw materials (118) subjected to the controlled steam to produce the molded article.
