The plurality of modules (108) comprises a health identity management module (110), a processing module (112), a conversion module (114), an evaluation module (116), an analyzing module (118), a summary generation module (120), an offline emergency access module (122), and a classification module (124). The proposed system (100) is configured to identify previously conducted identical or similar diagnostic tests within a defined temporal threshold and generate alerts to prevent unnecessary repetition of medical investigations.
