MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641081262 A) filed by Vellore Institute Of Technology, Chennai on July 01, 2026, for System For Integrated Condensate Water Management And Method Thereof.
Inventors include S. Sandosh; and Riddhima Singh.
The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: Embodiments relate to a system (100) and method (200) for integrated condensate water management. The system (100) includes: a condensate collection assembly (120) to collect condensate generated by at least one air-conditioner (110) and a control unit (160) operatively coupled with a source-side anti-contamination module (130), a purification assembly (140), and a sensor module (150) and an output assembly (170) to dispense purified condensate. The control unit (160) can: receive, from the sensor module (150), the at least one operating parameter; generate, one or more control signals for performing at least one of: a contamination prevention step by the source-side anti-contamination module (130), a treatment step by the purification assembly (140), additive dosing step by the personalized infusion assembly 180, or dispensing step by the output assembly (170) for obtaining a purified condensate; and dispense, via the output assembly (170), the purified condensate in at least one selected output mode.
