Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for generating a socioeconomic digital twin using population, income, mobility, and resource utilization data. The system acquires heterogeneous datasets from multiple public and private sources including demographic databases, census records, transportation systems, utility infrastructures, environmental monitoring systems, satellite imagery, IoT devices, healthcare databases, educational repositories, and governmental information systems. A data harmonization module preprocesses and standardizes the acquired datasets while a privacy-preserving integration module protects sensitive information through anonymization, aggregation, encryption, differential privacy, or federated learning techniques. An artificial intelligence processing engine extracts multidimensional socioeconomic relationships and generates a continuously evolving digital twin comprising interconnected digital entities representing households, infrastructure, public services, transportation networks, industrial regions, environmental resources, and administrative boundaries. The generated digital twin continuously synchronizes with real-time information to perform predictive analytics, evaluate alternative policy scenarios, forecast socioeconomic changes, and optimize allocation of public resources including transportation, healthcare, education, electricity, water, and emergency services. The invention further provides interactive visualization and decision support tools for governments, planners, and policy makers, thereby enabling evidence-based planning, sustainable development, improved governance, disaster preparedness, and efficient utilization of public resources through adaptive and continuously learning socioeconomic digital twin technology.
