MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621056929 A) filed by Sundardas Raghunath Gore; and Seema Sundardas Gore on May 05, 2026, for System For Distributed Surgical Implant Allocation And Method Thereof.

Inventor includes Sundardas Raghunath Gore.

The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM FOR DISTRIBUTED SURGICAL IMPLANT ALLOCATION AND METHOD THEREOF Disclosed is a system (100) for distributed surgical implant allocation. The system (100) includes one or more user devices (102A-N), configured to receive one or more inputs associated with surgical case. The system (100) further includes a processing circuitry (118) coupled to the one or more user devices (102A-N) and configured to receive on or more implant parameters, and filters a registry database to identify compatible implants and computes a compatibility score for each identified implant. Compatible implants are sorted by means of one or more prioritization criteria to select a primary candidate implant and validation of the primary candidate implant against predefined compatibility- tolerance values. A reservation token is generated to reserve the primary candidate implant and a status flag is updated as reserved. The system (100) further performs inter-node implant transfer, automatic reservation release, rare parameter detection, reorder signaling, surgical readiness index computation, and atomic finalization to ensure consistent distributed implant allocation and inventory management. Figure 1 will be the reference.
