Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for collection and recycling of used cooking oil (UCO) in metropolitan regions. The system comprises a digital management platform configured to register and manage a plurality of stakeholders, a collection management module configured to schedule collection activities, a tracking and traceability module configured to record parameters associated with collected used cooking oil, an incentive management module configured to provide incentives to participating stakeholders, a logistics management module configured to optimize transportation routes, and a recycling integration module configured to facilitate transfer of collected used cooking oil to authorized processing facilities. The system further enables monitoring, traceability, analytics, and regulatory compliance for efficient recovery and recycling of used cooking oil. The collected oil is processed to produce biodiesel, biofuel, industrial feedstock materials, lubricants, and other value-added products, thereby promoting sustainable resource recovery and reducing environmental pollution.
