MUMBAI, India, Aug. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541080257 A) filed by International Institute Of Information Technology on August 25, 2025, for System For Autonomic Pattern Evaluation And Predictive Risk Scoring Based On Cardiac Function Activity Data.
Inventors include Dr Bhaktee Dongaonkar; and Satish Kathirisetti.
The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.
Abstract: An autonomic pattern evaluation and predictive risk scoring system (100) is disclosed. The system comprises a heart rate sensor (102), a processor (104), and a memory (106) configured to acquire RR-interval data from a subject (108). The processor (104) segments the data into acceleration and deceleration segments and extracts kinematic features including velocity, acceleration, and jerk features. An optimal feature subset is selected to generate parasympathetic nervous system and sympathetic nervous system indices using principal component analysis and pre-trained models. The subject (108) is classified into a physiological profile, and multi-scale kinematic metrics are derived from macro and micro kinematic components. Dynamic arc features representing physiological reactivity and resilience are generated. A trait-level profile is produced across physiological states, and a machine learning model (110) predicts a functional risk score associated with autonomic dysfunction. FIG. 1
