Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (100) and method (200) for automated portfolio optimization based on machine learning predictive analytics. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (101) configured to collect historical and real-time financial data associated with a plurality of financial assets. A data preprocessing module (102) processes the collected data to generate structured input data. A machine learning prediction engine (103) analyzes the processed data to predict future asset performance metrics including expected return, risk, and volatility. A portfolio optimization engine (104) determines optimal asset allocation weights based on the predicted performance metrics while satisfying predefined constraints. An output interface (105) generates and presents optimized portfolio recommendations. The method (200) includes collecting, preprocessing, predicting, optimizing, and generating optimized portfolio outputs. The disclosed system and method enable adaptive, data-driven, and automated portfolio management with improved risk control and decision-making efficiency.
