Abstract: A system for automated customized Cordyceps militaris supplement formulation, comprising a housing 101 having a sensing wearable computing unit 102 sends user biometric and physiological parameters to a microcontroller, the system accordingly manufactures a customized Cordyceps militaris supplement formulation, an articulated arm 108 retrieves and places a Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies within a vibratory ball mill unit 110, an extendable rod 114 having a rotatable disc 115 at end places a plurality of moulds 116 in a sequential manner, each mould 116 having multiple grooves 122 receives measured quantities of blended formulation, a L- shaped hydraulic press 118 applies compressive force onto dispensed formulation, a Peltier unit provides localized thermoelectric cooling or heating for moisture regulation and controlled solidification of formulation, and an articulated gripper 119 grasps and tilt moulds 116, a vibrating unit 120 facilitates release of compacted formulation units, and released units are collected into a user-accessible tray 121.
