Abstract: [044] The present invention relates to a system for analysing employee performance and identifying leadership capability. The system comprises a data acquisition interface configured to receive authorised employee-related operational data, a privacy-preserving feature conversion unit configured to convert the operational data into analytical feature vectors, a role-context normalisation engine configured to normalise the feature vectors according to employee role and work context, a behavioural event correlation engine configured to identify leadership-indicative event clusters, a performance stability processor, a collaboration influence processor, a leadership capability inference engine and an output generation unit. The system generates a leadership capability score, confidence value and evidence map based on task execution behaviour, collaboration influence, dependency resolution, initiative, reliability, decision participation and pressure response. The invention enables structured, role-normalised and evidence-supported identification of leadership capability while reducing subjective appraisal dependency and protecting sensitive employee-related data.
