Abstract: The present invention discloses a system for sharing microservices in an edge network comprising of plurality of edge servers operatively connected to each other through respective edge node forming a decentralized edge network that enables direct interaction between sender and receiver edge nodes eliminating dependency on central entities. Each of the edge servers is embodied with one or more microservices that are sharable with other edge servers in the edge network, whereby the edge servers in the edge network are configured to browse various shared microservices and selectively deploy these microservices to their edge node forming a fleet of the microservices contributes to completing edge computing task given to edge layer and a microservice tracking component within each edge server to maintains communication with other edge microservice Tracking components running on other edge servers in the network, effectively tracking shared microservices.
