The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A system (100) to establish a physical-to-digital trust chain for secure perception includes a housing (102), one or more sensing units (108), an optical processing assembly (106), and a processing unit (110). Sensing units (108) acquire physical signals from an environment through an optical acquisition path (122), and each associated with a respective hardware-intrinsic identity. Optical processing assembly (106) performs passive transformation of acquired physical signals prior to digitization to generate transformed perception data. Processing unit (110), including one or more processors (110A) and memory (110B) storing executable instructions, establishes hardware-intrinsic identity binding between transformed perception data and sensing units (108). Processing unit (110) further establishes authenticated provenance of transformed perception data within a physical sensing path prior to digitization, verifies authenticated provenance, and generates a verified digital stream (118) corresponding to physical signals to establish a trusted connection between a physical environment and a digital processing environment (120).
