The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: An intelligent system and method are disclosed for improving digital transaction reliability within a Unified Payments Interface (UPI) network architecture by notifying users of banking server availability in real time prior to payment initiation. The system includes a bank server monitoring layer that continuously checks API endpoints for performance metrics, a centralized decision engine that classifies server operational states, and a user notification interface seamlessly integrated within a client UPI application. By establishing a persistent, low-latency data connection, the application dynamically displays visual server status alerts to a user before a transaction is attempted. If a bank server is experiencing congestion or an outage, the system automatically disables payment input fields or suggests an alternative linked account, thereby preventing unsuccessful transactions, minimizing user frustration, and optimizing digital payment transparency.
