MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611110849 A) filed by Greater Noida Institute Of Technology on September 16, 2026, for System And Method Of Ai Automation System For 3d Animation Movie.

Inventors include Saurabh Gupta; Shwetank Shukla; Sanjeet Yadav; Vivekanand Kumar; Anupama Surya; Arjun Singh; and Dr. Arnn Kumar Singh.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: A system (300) and method for automated generation of a three-dimensional animated video from textual input are disclosed. An Input Processing Module (330), comprising Coreference Resolution (332) and Dependency Parsing (334) sub-modules, extracts subject-action-object relations from a Textual Topic Input (301). A Script Generation Module (340) produces a storyline, scene descriptions, characters, and dialogue, which a Semantic Analysis Module (350) parses into a machine- readable representation of characters, objects, actions, and locations. A Storyboard Development Module (360) segments the script into scenes with defined layout and character positioning. A 3D Asset Generation Module (370) creates or selects corresponding 3D assets, an Animation Generation Module (380) applies scriptconsistent motion, and an Audio Generation Module (390) synthesizes dialogue and accompanying sound. A Rendering Module (410) combines these elements using a 3D graphics engine, and a Video Compilation Module (420) sequences the rendered scenes into a final composite video (440), with an Evaluation & Optimization Module (430) assessing and improving output quality. Performing coreference resolution prior to dependency parsing shortens the resulting relation sequence, improving mapping of text to 3D scenes, enabling an integrated, end-to-end pipeline from text to fully rendered, audio-synchronized 3D animated video.
