The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: A wearable cognitive-motor rehabilitation assessment and monitoring system (100) may include a wearable unit (102) including a motion sensing unit (104), a touch sensor (106), a user interface unit (108), and a controller (110). The controller (110) may include one or more processors (110A) and a memory (110B) storing executable instructions to implement a cognitive assessment unit (110C), a gesture recognition unit (110D), a biomarker determination unit (110E), an adaptive assessment unit (110F), a rehabilitation assessment unit (110G), and a clinical communication unit (110H). The controller (110) may present cognitive stimuli, acquire and recognize user gestures, determine stimulus, gesture initiation, and gesture completion timestamps, and compute reaction time and execution time biomarkers from same gesture-response interaction. The controller (110) may further adapt assessment difficulty, generate rehabilitation assessment information, and communicate the assessment information through a communication interface (112) to a remote clinical monitoring platform (120) for monitoring cognitive-motor rehabilitation progress.
