Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for vocabulary-based English language teaching and learning performance analysis. The system provides a computerized learning envi-ronment comprising a learner interface, vocabulary content repository, interaction processing module, performance analysis engine, adaptive learning engine, retention scheduling module, and reporting module. The system presents English vocabulary through definitions, pronuncia-tion, contextual examples, recognition exercises, spelling activities, listening exercises, and us-age-based assessments. Learner responses are continuously captured and analyzed using param-eters including response accuracy, response duration, repetition history, error patterns, pronun-ciation performance, contextual usage, and retention behavior. A vocabulary-specific learning state is generated and dynamically updated for individual vocabulary items. Based on the learn-ing state, the adaptive learning engine selects subsequent vocabulary items and modifies exer-cise types, difficulty, reinforcement frequency, and review intervals. The system thereby pro-vides individualized vocabulary teaching and continuous performance analysis while generating structured reports for learners, teachers, and administrators. The invention enables vocabulary acquisition, recall, retention, pronunciation, contextual usage, and learning progression to be monitored within an integrated adaptive educational environment.
