Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VISUAL GUIDANCE In an embodiment, a system for visual guidance is disclosed. The system (102) comprises an UAV (110). The UAV (110) is communicatively coupled 5 with the system (102). System (102) comprises an obtaining module (212), a computing module (214), a flying module (216) and a monitoring module (218). The obtaining module (212) obtains data from a plurality of cameras and the inertial sensor. The computing module (214) computes required direction for UAV (110) to retrace the trajectory of a traversed path for 10 reaching a ground control station. The flying module (216) flies UAV (110) based on computed direction of retraced trajectory. Monitoring module (218) monitors the retraced trajectory for the traversed path comparing captured images of the scene during the traversed path and the images in real time.
