Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: System and Method for Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) Energy Transfer with Integrated Battery Monitoring and Safety Control 480 The present invention discloses a low-cost system ( 1 00) for enabling vehicle-tovehicle (V2V) energy transfer between electric vehicles in situations where charging infrastructure is unavailable. The system comprises a microcontrollerbased control unit configured to manage and monitor energy transfer between a donor battery and a recipient battery. Voltage sensors continuously measure 485 battery levels, while a temperature sensor monitors thermal conditions to ensure safe operation. A user interface including a keypad and an LCD display allows manual control and real-time system feedback. The microcontroller evaluates predefined conditions, including sufficient voltage difference and safe temperature limits, before activating relay modules that establ.ish an electrical 490 connection between the batteries. Energy transfer is automatically terminated if unsafe conditions such as overheating or inadequate voltage differential are detected. The system provides a safe, controlled, and scalable solution for emergency energy sharing between electric vehicles and can be extended to higher-capacity applications with advanced battety management integration.
