MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611099337 A) filed by Gautam Praveen Thapliyal on August 17, 2026, for System And Method For Universal Middleware-Based Biometric Data Integrity Validation And Secure Digital Asset Minting.
Inventor includes Gautam Praveen Thapliyal.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A system (120) and method (400) for universal middleware-based biometric data integrity validation and secure digital asset minting are disclosed. The system comprises a biometric signal acquisition module (315) configured to receive raw biometric signals from a plurality of wearable devices, a normalization engine (335) configured to apply a hardware-specific weighting factor to normalize the raw biometric signals from devices of varying accuracy levels into a unified reliability scale. A dual-path integrity module (320) to correlate physiological load parameters with physical movement parameters to detect non-human data origin and to analyse micro-fluctuations in the normalized signals to detect biological liveness. A trust gate module (330) to validate the verified biometric data against a predefined confidence threshold. A trust equity minting module (325) configured to convert verified biometric data into one or more secure digital units enabling financial rewards, credit evaluation processes, and industrial access zone control.
