MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641072682 A) filed by Sockalingam So Muthiah Chettiar on June 11, 2026, for System And Method For Unified Mobility Intelligence With Governed Control-Plane Orchestration Of Ecosystems.
Inventor includes Sockalingam So Muthiah Chettiar.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: An abstract of the invention is provided herein. The disclosure relates to a system and method for unified mobility intelligence with governed control plane orchestration of ecosystems. The system comprises vehicle resident edge processors, cloud based orchestration clusters, integration modules, intelligence modules, orchestration modules, governance modules, and a confidence fusion engine. The method comprises steps of ingesting and normalising events, generating edge and cloud confidence estimates, fusing confidence values, evaluating adaptive thresholds, enforcing policy constraints, orchestrating workflows, and recording audit grade trace records. Decision authority is dynamically allocated between edge intelligence and cloud intelligence according to operational context, risk levels, sensor health, infrastructure reliability, regulatory constraints, and historical outcomes. Workflows are executed automatically when confidence thresholds and policy conditions are satisfied, confirmation paths are invoked when confidence is intermediate, escalation paths are invoked when confidence is insufficient or policy prohibits automation, and safe degradation mechanisms are executed locally under degraded connectivity conditions.
