Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for predicting customer sentiment and purchase intent and controlling personalized marketing are disclosed. Consented interaction events are minimized and pseudonymized, temporally aligned, and encoded into multimodal representations including missing-modality indicators. A joint machine-learning engine estimates a sentiment state and purchase probability, while an evaluator generates calibrated uncertainty and distribution-shift information. A decision engine filters candidate actions according to permission, suppression and communication-fatigue constraints and selects an eligible action or abstains when prediction reliability is insufficient. Outcome and exposure records support auditable, bias-adjusted model evaluation and updating. The architecture enables context- aware marketing decisions while reducing inappropriate communications and unnecessary processing of identifiable data. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2].
