Prior to campaign launch, campaign artifacts and a cryptographic representation of the target recipient population are generated and preserved to establish an immutable pre-launch state. Behavioural interaction events are captured through protocol-distinct interaction routes and attributed to recipients while distinguishing automated scanner interactions from human interactions. Behavioural outcomes are evaluated using independent susceptibility and proficiency assessments, and a tamper-evident evidence packet is generated for independent verification.
