Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRUST-WEIGHTED, SIMULATION-SYNCHRONIZED ORCHESTRATION OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE WITH INDEPENDENTLY AUTHENTICATED DISTRIBUTED TELEMETRY The present disclosure provides a method for recommending electric vehicle charging stations. A recommendation engine (122) receives status data from a plurality of candidate charging stations and ranks the candidates based on distance (208) and charging-power fit. The method includes receiving, for each candidate charging station, a most-recent independently-verified status and a verification timestamp (204) at which that status was verified. The method further includes computing, for each candidate, a staleness discount (206) as a continuous function of elapsed time since the verification timestamp, wherein a candidate verified within a heartbeat interval receives no discount and a candidate whose verification exceeds an operating window receives a discount toward a least-trusted end of a scale. The method further includes computing a composite recommendation score (210) for each candidate from at least distance, charging-power fit, live electrical-feeder loading obtained from a grid feeder monitoring device (512), and cost, with the composite score reduced by the staleness discount, ranking the candidates by composite score, and returning a result (212) comprising the ranking together with a single best candidate for each individual criterion.
